Nose – Opens with a sweet malt quality, carrying a 'strawberry & cream' style and honey.
Palate – Still sweet, now with more fruit and spicy toffee – warming to bees wax and oak.
Finish – Detect rich spices running through its long finish and a late crunchy honeycomb
