A selection of single cask rums aged between 8 and 10 years, finished in first fill Bourbon barrels.

Tasting:
To the eye: Rich amber colour with nuances of chocolate
To the nose: A delicate nose of almond, chocolate, apple juice, as well as a hint of cinnamon and caramel
The taste: A medium-bodied exceptionally smooth with delightful flavours that explodes spices and fruit on the palate.
The finish: Short, smooth and exotic with notes of oak and spice that reminds you of mellow, warm nights in the Caribbean
