Balcones Baby Blue Texas Whisky

The first whisky to be legally distilled in Texas, made from Blue Corn, Blue corn has a very sweet flavour, has 20% more protein than white corn.

This is one whisky that is amazing, and you won't be disappointed.

Baby blue is NOT bourbon, nor is it white lightning (moonshine), it has the freshness and verve of traditional corn whisky, but with a refined complexity.
