Mature and mellow. Slow matured, mellow and golden, it has a soft centre and a deep fruitiness, as if it were a favourite uncle. Warm, smooth and cosseting.
Tasting Notes:
Colour – Burnished copper
Aroma – Natural, gentle fruits, pears, plums, pineapples, gooseberry. In time, rich and complex.
Palate – Rich, smooth textured and sweet, a fruity core cradled by rich chocolaty flavours and textures.
Finish – Complex, long, smooth and drying, rich in cocoa.
The new and stylish design of Cardhu 18 Year Old Single Malt Whisky.
The carton honors the largely untold story of two women, Helen & Elizabeth Cumming, and their struggle to create and build a single malt known for it's fine quality, golden colour, silky texture and layers of rich, smooth flavour.
