From the ‘Manse Brae’ range, The Glenrothes Minister’s Reserve is redolent of treacle, Manuka honey, vintage marmalade and dark chocolate. Great character with perfect integration.
Matured for a minimum of 21 years in a higher proportion of Spanish Oak casks, it is the pinnacle of the ‘Manse Brae’ range.
This bottling was (and still is) exclusive to the travel retail sector (Duty Free).

An amazing fusion of flavours. The first maturation is in ex bourbon barrels, followed by transfer to charred American white oak casks (quercus alba in Latin).
This second intense maturation creates a blend of peat smoke balanced with warm, spicy vanilla notes.
The length of time this powerful stage takes varies, meaning each cask is carefully selected by hand to ensure the exact balance of flavours.
This was originally (and still is) a Travel Retail exclusive, it’s also a 1 Litre bottling.
Distilled at Laphroaig Distillery

Matured in first fill only ex-American white oak bourbon barrels.

This was exclusively only available in Travel Retail, Laphroaig An Cuan Mor – Translated as ‘Big Ocean’
