A lovely sweet Highland Malt from Dalmore.
Distilled 1999 and Bottled 2012
Tasting Notes
Colour – Pale gold.
Nose – Sweet and malty, with a strong highland toffee edge and a hint of sweet red berries.
Palate – Mixed hot spices initially with sweet Sherry influences and a subtle fruity edge – blueberries.
Body – Light
Finish – Medium with a subtle fruitiness.
Cask – Refill Sherry Hogsheads.
Distilled at Dalmore Distillery, Matured and Bottled by Gordon & MacPhail.
