Cask type – Pedro Ximenez Sherry Puncheon.

Appearance – Polished cherry wood
Nose – Creamy chocolate rum raisins are perfectly spiced by a hint of sweet chilli. A gentle apple and barley note rounds off the nose.
Palate – Beautifully sweet peppery spices roll to chocolate fudge cake and waves of vanilla pod, ending in a delicate mint and stewed barley finish.
