Glenlossie is situated near Elgin, its site enables the waters running from the Mannoch Hills to collect in a reservoir just south of the distillery.
Glenlossie is the older sibling to Mannochmore Distillery.
Distilled 1995 and Bottled 2013.
Tasting Notes
Colour – Dark gold.
Nose – Sweet Sherry influences with toffee, apple and pear aromas. Hints of charred oak and beeswax linger.
Body – Medium
Finish – Sweet fruity elements
Cask – 1st Fill Sherry Hogsheads.
Distilled at Glenlossie Distillery, Matured and Bottled by Gordon & MacPhail.
