High West Campfire Straight Rye Whiskey

Campfire whiskey came about from a trip to Bruichladdich no less, when the Proprietor of High West (David Perkins) was visiting with his wife.
For a dessert on the Island of Islay, they were given Ripe honeydew drizzled with a peated syrup, the combination of melon and sweet smoke really worked!

So sweet bourbon and peat…!

An extremely limited bottling run of High West Distillery, we have severely limited quantities.
