The distillery makes use of traditional small batch pot distilling methods producing these fantastic artisan spirits one batch at a time.

This is THE release of the three, the FIRST New York aged whiskey since Prohibition, and New York's first Bourbon EVER.

A full on flavour of Oak and smoke, with subtle notes of vanilla and caramel.

Each of these gorgeous bottles is hand filled, capped, waxed and numbered one at a time.
