The first New York whiskey distillery to operate in the state since Prohibition!
The distillery makes use of traditional small batch pot distilling methods producing these fantastic artisan spirits one batch at a time.
The Hudson Manhattan Rye Whiskey
The ferment is pot stilled and then aged in new charred American Oak barrels producing a rye whiskey that is vibrantly bold and spicy with notes of honey and coconut.
Each of these gorgeous bottles is hand filled, capped, waxed and numbered one at a time.
A truly unique whiskey.
