Inchgower is famous for being a big part of the Bells whisky, Johnnie Walker and White Horse blends, therefore rarely available as a Single Malt.
Tasting notes:
Colour – Dark gold.
Nose – Subtle Sherry influences with red apple and lemon aromas. Becomes sweet with a lingering menthol edge.
Palate – Sweet with a delicate spiciness. Vanilla, green apple and pear flavours combine with a smooth milk chocolate edge. Hints of charred oak develop.
Body – Light to medium
Finish – Medium and sweet.
Cask type – Refill Sherry Butt.
