Bourbon cask matured

Official tasting notes:
Colour – Barley sugar
Body – Light and very fresh
Nose – a luscious combination of citrus fruits, spring flowers, and honeysuckle.
A finish which is light, gentle and very smooth with a faint hint of vanilla and aniseed.
