Distilled May 1982, bottled August 2013.
One of only 286 bottles available from a Refill Hogshead.
Official notes from Douglas Laing:
Nose – Distinctly Islay initially with soft summer tar then softly smoked barley.
Palate – Subtle smoke trails through salty/sweet Malt time? Sugar and soot vanilla.
Finish – Carries a cough drop style plus damp bonfire ashes and smoky vanilla.
Cask Strength – Single Cask – Ref DL9964 – Aged 31 Glorious Years
