This Balblair, from Gordon & MacPhail’s Distillery Labels range in aged for 10 Years in American Hogsheads. A smooth a delicate dram.
Colour – Pale gold.
Nose – Fresh and hay like, sweet with marshmallow notes, hints of toasted malt and some stewed pear elements.
Palate – Mouth warming – with a chilli spice, remains fresh with a defined sweetness. Hints of cirtus fruits emerge.
Body – Light
Finish – Long
