Soft, smooth, clean and fresh, Caol Ila Moch (in Gaelic, ‘Dawn’) evokes the dawn of a new day, slowly prising Caol Ila from its slumbers and picking out the shoreline of its little wooded bay.

Safely home from the Feis Ile, this Caol Ila is one of the 2 Diageo releases from the Festival.
Distilled 1998 and Bottled 2013 for the Islay Festival.
We were lucky enough to get a taster of this at the festival, it’s Triple Matured no less!
It has a lovely smokey nose and a Caol Ila freshness.
